The resignation of Nurse Kelly, district nurse at Ojpunake, came before the District Hospital Board this week. Nurse Kelly has . been selected to thd staff of the Hospital Ship Maheno, tvhidh leaves New Zealand nest January. Hho resignation was accepted with regret, and it was decided to take Nurse Kelly back in the board's servioe after the war.' Private advices received indicate^that the Rev. H. W. Burridge, chaplain to tlio New Zealand Forces, of St. r Paul's Presbyterian Church, Inyorcargil/, who was on board the transport Marquette when she was torpedoed in the Aegean Sea, received fomo injjiry to ono of his arms. He is now in hospital at Alexandria, and his condition Is reported as satisfactory. A private cable message'received from •Vlexandria states that Nurse Cameron, of Christchurch, one of tho survivors of the Marquotto disaster, is "doing well' in hospital.
