ALLEGED LIBEL
ACTION AGAINST "SUN" NEWSPAPER. By Telegraph—Presa Association. Christchurch, November 18. The Supremo Court to-day is hearing the claim of Andrew Fairbairn, merchant, for £1000 damages from the "Sun" newspaper, for alleged libel contained in an articlo dealing with Fairbairn's conduct in connection with tho Cost of Living Commission in 1912.
