The entries exceed last year's entries, and, taken altogether, the quality of the exhibit's is of an excellent standard. The principal championships were won as under: — Holsteins.—Bull: Mr. W. I. Lovelock. Cow: Mr. John Donald. Shropshires.—Ram and Ewe: Mr. 0. J. Cooper. Ryelands.—Ram: Moumahaki State Farm. Corriedales.—Ram and Ewe: Messrs. Fornie Bros. Border Leicester.?. —Ram and Ewe: Mrs. J. D. Ormond. Aberdeen Angus.—Mr. Fred Moore. Hercfords. —Jlr. Frank Moore. Shorthorns.—Mr. G. A. Turner. Ayrshires.—Mr. W. H. Oniue. Lincolns. —Ram: Mr. \Y. Rayner. Ewe: Mrs. J. D. Ormond. - Southdomis.—Ram and Ewe Mr. James Knight.
