Replying to a deputation of manufacturers and trades unionists asking that the Government should hamper tho enemy's trade during and aftor the war, the Fc.leral Premier (Mr. Hughes) replied that the Government, by new legislation, administration, prccept, and example, would do overything to cut out the cancerous Gorman influence, wherever it was found.
