SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for fair to cloudy weather, tlie barometer rising slowly in the north, but falling again soon in the south; decreasing southerly breezes, changing shortly to increasing westerlies and northerlies in the south. The barometer has risen everywhere f-o about normal, with strong but decreasing; southerly winds, and the weather Ims improved to-day lii all parts of the Dominion but this ovening's reports' disclose a rather sudden mildness, which does not promise a continuance of settled weather.
