A short meeting of the Sooifity for tho Prevention of Cruelty to Animals was held yesterday. Mr. F. Meadowcroft presided.
The inspector reported on ten cases of alleged cruelty to. animals. • Pho following donations were acknowledged : —T. Forsythe, £1 Is.; George and Kersley, Sharland and Co., Ltd., J.
