The fiercest gale -for twenty years is raging in the English Channel and Irish Sea. . Six vessels have been driven ashore at Fishguard, and eight at Kosslare. Their crojra-were Tescued after terrible experiences. Two stoamers. foundered in the Channel and twenty of the crews, perished.
