COLOSSAL OUTPUT OF MUNITIONS. By Telegrajh-Prcss As6ociation-CoDyriElvl London, November 12. Nearly all the great industrial centres are almost -wholly devoted to munition work. The biggest part of the Government's colossal task of providing a torrent'of ammunition has been accomplished; the organisation, is almost completed. Tho great railway companies have put aside their own work and placed their workshops at the Government's disposal for the manufacture of war material. ■ There is a marvellous concentration of energy. Huge armament works are working night and day. Experts deolare that Sheffield is the most vast arsenal in tho world, and easily, surpasses Essen. PLOTS TO DESTROY AMERICAN WAR FACTORIES. New York, November 12. Dr. Joseph Goricar, formerly Austrian Consul at San Francisco, publishes charges that all the Austrc-Hungarian Consulates in the United! States are engaged in fomenting plots to destroy munition factories and cause strikes. _ Tho Department of Justice is investigating the allegations.
