The conditions (like all Mardi Gras conditions) are very simple. Here they are:— ! 1. Each Company to consist of not less than fivo performers, including pianist. 2. Each Company to give a performance in the Napier Municipal Theatre on Boxing Night (Monday, December 27th), and another night if deemed necessary. Duration of performance to be not less than 20 minutes and not to exceed 80 minutes. 3. Each Company must also enter in Class .1 (Fancy Costumes, two or more in group), of tho "Mardi Gras" .Procession, to bo held on Boxing Day. : PIERROT AND COSTUME COMEDY CONCERT CO.'S COMPETITION.
