NAPIER MARDI GRAS
It is announced that a competition for amateur piorrot and costume concert comedy companies will be lield at Napier in connection with tho annual "Mardi Gras," wliich is to occur, on December 27 and 28. Liberal prize money is being awarded. It is stated as a condition that competing companies must also enter the fancy costumo section of the procession which is to be held on Boxing Day. The Napier "Mardi Gras"- promises to be a greater success this year than ever. Full particulars relating to the pierrot competition aro announced in today's advertising columns.
