SILTING-UP TROUBLE, /
Tho silting-up proclivities of the To Aro Baths wore considered by the City Council last night, when the Bath's Committee reported that they had received a report from the City Engineer with reference to the matter. The engineer recommended that the concrete wail 011 the eastern boundary should be oxteuded to the under-side of the dressing 'rooms, and that openings should be provided in the wall on the seawall side o ftho baths, with the provision of proper penstocks for tho control of tho water. The committee recommended that tho work should receive consideration when the estimates for next year are being framed. The estimated cost ia £245. i The report was adopted,
