SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications arc for cold and boisterous weather, with rain probable generally, hail Squalls in the eouth, and snow on higher levels. Expect high west to south-west winds, barometer rising everywliero soon. Atmospheric pressure increased in the north on Saturday night, but lias decreas'cd everywhere since, high south-westerly ■winds changing to north-westerlies.
