FOUR TURKISH ATTACKS ON ANZAC REPULSED
CONSIDERABLE FIRE DEMONSTRATIONS AT OTHER PARTS

A Reuter message.from.London states:—Official: "The Allies' troops repulsed four Turkish attacks yesterday on their positions in the Dardanelles." (Rec, November 7, 3.35 p.m.) London, November 6. Offioial.—"On the nights of November 4 the Turks made four attacks on the extreme right of Anzac, carrying filled sandbags _ with which they built small barricades. They were each time repulsed with bombs and rifle fire. Our casualties were slight. There were considerable fire demonstrations in other parts of the line, but no attack was attempted." .
