Patrick Mayor, alleged burglary. Andrew Julius Finlay, alleged indecent assault on a male (two charges).

John Daniel Black, who escaped from Dunedin, Gaol on September 28, and was at large tlireo weeks, pleaded guilty to escaping from custody, and was committed for sentence.
