Messrs, Dalgcty and Company, Welling, ton, report having held their weekly Levin sale on Wednesday, when they offered a good yarding of sheep and a very heavy yarding of cattle. . New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report that at their Levin sale on Wednesday thoy offered a small entry of sheep and a full yarding of cattle-(prin. cipally young stock) to a good attendance of buyers. Competition was good through, out, and, with the exception of two pens of heifers the whole of their yarding changed hands at satisfactory prices. Mr. Bobt. Johnstono, which was bought by Mr. James M'Kenzio for £13, who gave it bad; to the fund, and on being offered again realised £12—a grand total of £29 10s.
