Hi"h Commissioner for New Zealand, laid the foundation-stone of the Now Zealand offices in the Strand. Mr. Mackenzie stated that owing to the war the King had been unable to perform tho ceremony, but His Majesty had promised to later on unveil a tablet within the building.
