■ London, November 3. Correspondents of the "Daily Express," at New York, Geneva, and Amsterdam declare that Germany is making tho first steps towards peaco, through the Pope and President Wilson. According to members of tho Roichfltag, Germany's peace terms include the cession of the Mouse frontier (in tho Western theatre) and Courland (in tho Russian theatre, Baltio Provinces), and an indemnity of fifteen hundred millions sterling.
