SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for decreasing southerly winds, veering to iucreasing . westerlies. Expect boisterous weather and much ram generally, with rivers flooded in the West Coast and southernmost districts. Barometer rise temporarily, but another westerly depression is likely to follow soon. Thn weather has been very unsettled, and rain has , fallen generally.
