WANGANUI'S PATRIOTIC EFFORT. 'By Telepraph.—Association.! Wanganui, November 1. • Wanganui has just embarked on an eight weeks' carnival with the object of raising funds for patriotic purposes, and it is hoped to realise £50.000. The inaugural donations totalled over £5000.
