BOUND FOR BULGARIA STRONG RUSSIAN FORCES By Telegraph—Press Association—CopyrltfM (Rec. November 1, 0.20 a.m.)Copenhagen, October 31. The "Berliner Tageblatt's" Bucharest correspondent states that great contingents of Russian troops liavo left Odessa and Sevastopol, convoyed by cruisors and destroyers, bound for Bulgaria. The recent bombardment of Varna was a preparation for this landing. Paris reports stato tliat the Russians bombarded Varna and Burgas all day oH Friday, and did considerable damage.
