Sembat, Works'. M. Clementol, Commerce. M. Painleve, the new portfolio of Inventions. M. Cambon, Secretary of the Foreign Department. " ■> M. Metin, Labour. It is foared in some quarters that ihii Cabinet, though conaisting of the ablest men it was possible, to assemble, may be unwieldly, but happy relation's as to the conduct of: the war are assured, because General Gallioni (who was Mili* tary Governor of Paris during the ab. seuce of the Government at Bordeaux during the crisis in the opening, stages of the war) and General Joffre are warm friends. _ M.
