There are diverse projects. They are in general agreement that plural marriage is no solution, as polygamous peoples die out. Professor F. 0. S. Schiller (Oxford) says that polygamy never increased families. Dr. Robert Bell says ho would give oremiums to largo families. The small families are a menace to the State. Dr. C. W. Saleeby says: "Save the male infants, assist parenthood, educate."
