SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for freshening westerly winds, squally at timee, in most parts of tlio Dominion. Weather somewhat. unsettled, with ■ scattered ehowers. Barometer unsteady, with falling tendency, especially, in the south. The weather has been, changeable, but generally fair. Variable breezes have 'prevailed.
