SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for changeable .and. showery weather; winds variable, but moderate to strong north-westerly to south-westerly breezes predominating. . Barometer unsteady. Cloudy and unsettled weather has prevailed, wltli rain in many parts of the oouutry.
