HEALTH REPORT. Reporting under date October 25, on the health of the'troops at Samoa, Colonel Logan sayss7o Sergt. A. A. M'Arthur is suffering from filariasis, Pte. S. V. Syme debility, J. Meredith bronchitis, T. Willis gout,. J. Pattison not yet diagnosed, J. Collins rheumatism, E. Roscoe cellulit-'s, and S. Tetley 'asthma. All are progressing favourably. , \
