The contents of 30 rooms will he sold, tho lots including an Aleock billiard table, Erard concert grand piano, a ■Lipp and Sohn upright grand piano, and a Mason and Hamlin cathedral-toned organ. The sale will bo held to-day, Thurs.'day, and Friday, commencing at 11 a.m. ;each day.
