SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications aro lor dull and mi«ty weather, with rain generally, high northerly and westerly winds predominate ink', and a further decrease in atmospheric pressure. A decided improvement is probable towards the end ol the week. A sub-tropical storm has apparently united with a westerly low pressure area nnd rain has fallen generally.
