MUSIC EXAMINATIONS

The 'Associated Board of the Royal Academy and Royal CoL'cgc of Music, London, has held its annual practical examinations- in Wellington during the past three weeks. The examiner, Dr. F. G. Shinn, reports that the work presented was, as a whole, quite satisfactory. Two hundred and sixty-five candidates were examined: in all subjects, and of these 183 passed, that is.' 69 per cent.
