SUPPRESSED CIRCULARS.
Sydnoy, October 25. The New South Wales State Secretarj (Mr Black) states, in reference to the existence of insidious circulars alleging Anglo-Russian and Russian atrocities, that he has given information to t'ns postal authorities which will enable them to detect and prevent the deliver,of the circulars.
