CIVICS RECTPTION. (By Telegraph.—Presa Association.! Dunedin, October 25. T]ie troopship Toi'ua is expected hero at 3 p.m. on. Tuesday. Sho has six cot eases, 69 hospital cases, and 335 others. Tho cot cases are to be sent to the Hospital tc-morrow, but the other men remain on the steamer till Wednesday morning, when a civic reception will take place at. the Drill Hall, after which those able to travel will leave for their homes, the men going north travelling by tho second express, and those for the south will loave by special train at 11.40 a.m.
