' REVOLVERS AND CARTRIDGES. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyright Shanghai, October 22. The police have seized thirteen revolvers and twenty thousand cartridges, packed in tins and hidden in furniture. Three Chinamen who were arrested stated that a 1 German agent engaged them to take the goods to India, explaining that tho tins contained medicine.
