HOSPITAL REQUIREMENTS
LETTER FROM A NDRSE IN " EGYPT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Timaru, October 22. A lady in Timaru, lias received a lettei from a nurse in Egypt, emphasising the need for better mattresses (horse-hair beiiig, recommended) and soft pillows. Many-tailed bandages, bed linen, and air cushions are also needed. The beds noiv in use are sail to be shockingly uncomfortable. ■
