The "Evening News" gives prominence to rumour that the authorities will restrict the sudden rush of eligibles out of Britain in of Lord Derby's scheme. It js obvious that relations of the Motherland with tlie Dominions would bo gravely injured if hordes "of slackers are allowed to pour into Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and India, which have givon the best of their blood for the Empire.
