SECOND CHARGE AGAINST HOOPER, [By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Dunedin, October 21. The second charge against Hooper of dealing in stamps, lie being an unlicensed person, was continued at tho Police Court this morning. A fine of £5, with lis. costs, was iiiilictod.
