SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications aro for cold, and changoable weather with passing showers, but conditions aro likely to improve shortly. Expect strong bill decreasing southerly winds, the barometer rising further everywhere. Barometric pressure lias increaaed, and south-westerly gales have been reported in most parts, with heavy showers.
