NORWEGIANS TRICKED BY THE GERMANS. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Copenhagen, Ootober 16. Tho Norwegian steamer Eira, with six thousand bales of cotton, which left Gothenburg for Copenhagen, took aboard an uncertificated pilot. As t-no Eira entered the Kattegat a Gorman torpedo boat captured her, and is bringing her to Germany. Another torpedo° boat landed the so-called pilot at Helsingfors.
