FRENCH LINER LOST OUR EXPLOITS IN THE BALTIC By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, October 17. The crew of the French liner Amiral Hamelin (5051 tons) has been landed at Marseilles. The steamer was torpedoed in the Mediterranean. Fifty were killed and thirty injured. THE SINKING OF THE GERMAN TORPEDO-BOAT London, October 17. A semi-official message from Berlin says that the story of the supposed sinking of a German torpedo-boat off Moen Island is probably based on tho explosion of a mine. GERMAN TRAWLERS CAUGHT NAPPING FOUR. SUNK BY BRITISH CRUISER. (Rec. October 18, 8.10 p.m.) London, October 17. A British cruiser surprised thirteen German trawlers in the North Sea, sank four, and sent, eight others to a British port.
