RUN OVER BY A MOTOR-CAR. 'A boy named Joseph Radcliff was run over by a motor-car in Cliilka- Street. Berhampore, 011 Saturday morning, and had his log broken. He was removed to tho Hospital, where ho is reported to bo doing as well as could be expected. ■ KILLED BY A FALL FROM A HORSE By Telcjrapli.—Press Association. Pahiatua, October 16. A' distressing fatality occurred hero this_ afternoon. _ when a child named Doris Boyens, eight years of age, youngest child of Mr. William H. Bo yens, was thrown from a horse and kicked on tlio head, being killed instantaneously. OLD MAN KILLED. Auckland, October 16. William Huddy, aged sixty-five years a labourer, was knocked down by a motor-car 111 tho street, and died in the hospital three hours later. Corporal Thomas Jones, who was driving the. motor-car, was unaware of tho accident until he felt a bump, and found the man lying on the road.
