Mrs. Goodbehero has returned from Wellington, where she has been to see her sou, Mr. Brian Goodbehere, who is witli tho 7th Reinforcements. Mrs. Carr has returned from Wellington. Mrs. Horrocks lias been to New Plymouth. Mrs. Brannvell has returned from Wellington. ill's. Lethbridge has returned from Wangnnui. Mrs. i'crry has gone to Wellington. Mrs. Jackson is the guest of ill's. Stewart. Mrs. Willis (Greatford) is tho guest of Mrs. Willis in Feilding. Thero was a full house at the Drill Hall on Wednesday night,- when Dr. Martin gave a most eiijoyablo lecture on his experiences at the front, where lie was on activo service for some months. Among the audenee were: Mosdames Short, Levin, Willis, Richmond, Miles, Conway, Levett, Elliott, Richards, Atkinson, I'rv, Roberts, Fitzgerald, Murphy, Grut, Coimell, Cattell, Redmayne, Hogg, Bruce, Shannon, Gorton, Guthrie, Cobbe, Brannvell, Broad, Hitchings, Binns, Barron, Bryce, and many others. During the evening a' flag was auctioned, and brought in over £800, with which to increase tho Patriotic Fund in Aid of the Wounded.
