- ' Tho death occurred at Mirainar, on Saturday, of Mrs. Anabella Lancaster, wife of Mr. Arthur Lancaster; sheepfarmer, of Palmerston North.Mrs/ Lancaster had heon tinder treatment, and death is alleged ,to be the result of poisoning. Sharp; employed as a porter ou the local staff of tho Railway : Department, who-was proceeding to' join tho; Trentham Riflo Brigade, fell under tho north-bound express this afternoon at Pulcerau, eight miles north of Gore, and was killed. His mother resides ;:in Tasmania. The body has been brought to' Gore, and an inquest will be held to-morrow.
