Giving evidenco in ; the Kidman casS (allogea exploitation in connection with military; supjily contracts), Walter D. Home, a stationer's employee, gave evidence that Kidman told hira that ho' had submitted tenders. He was afraid his prices were too high, and asked witness to allow him to submit others in his namo. Witness agreed. In reply to "a question, ho said that there was nothing- to lead Majors Pago and O'Donnell to believe that ho was not a genuine tenderer. Asked if Kidman had primed him to mislead them, witness replied: "To ' a certain oxtent lie did, as wo drove to the barracks. Kidman told him certain details in the tenders (indicated in the telephono conversation previously published, October' 8) were between him and .Kidman."- .
