SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are lor a continuance of unsettled, cold, and misty conditions, ■with rain generally, and rivers rising, especially in. the northern and East : Coast districts. Expect strong easterly winds and an unsteady barometer. Strong easterly and. south-easterly -winds have predominated, and cold unsettled weather has been eipericnced, with raia generally.
