PASSES TO FRIENDS ' HANDY BUDGET OF: INFORMATION. Tho military havo issued tho following respecting tho big parade of troops on Saturday:— Barricades .will bo erected at the wharf, and troops placed , at certain points to control the traffic. Tho pubuc are requested to assist in observing these arrangements. '■■ ../Pickets for next-of-kin will be issued

at Defeuco .Record' Office, Brandon Street, . Wellington, on' Thursday and Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and on Saturday up to 1 p.m. These tickets will admit bearer by tho Queen's AVharf gate' on Saturday afternoon! up to 3 o'clock to a special enclosure. Members of the Legislature will be admitted by the same entrance by showing theii; Parliament medallion.
