PASSES TO FRIENDS ' HANDY BUDGET OF: INFORMATION. Tho military havo issued tho following respecting tho big parade of troops on Saturday:— Barricades .will bo erected at the wharf, and troops placed , at certain points to control the traffic. Tho pubuc are requested to assist in observing these arrangements. '■■ ../Pickets for next-of-kin will be issued
at Defeuco .Record' Office, Brandon Street, . Wellington, on' Thursday and Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and on Saturday up to 1 p.m. These tickets will admit bearer by tho Queen's AVharf gate' on Saturday afternoon! up to 3 o'clock to a special enclosure. Members of the Legislature will be admitted by the same entrance by showing theii; Parliament medallion. On reembarkation of. the troops " after ' 'tho march, tho next-of-kin', will bo admitted oil to tbo wharf; alongside the ships, but not on board'same: v ." !

Jervois Quay to King's Wharf, The, public are requested to takd up positions along the route, and not overcrowd the api proaches. to the wharf or the enclosure reserved for the next-of-kin. : Men of the New Zealand Rifle Brigade, Ist 'and 2nd Battalions, will bo granted leave for a period of two hours each in reliefs on Friday afternoon and, evening. f '.Men' will not be allowed to - sleep away from their units.
