Regarding the steamer Wisinar interned at Ban Jecwangi, Java, t)ie representatives ol' the consignees, alter a considerable, amount of negotiation, liavo been able to obtain freight from the Burns, Philip Co. by their steamer Montore, which is expected to leave Spnr'abaya about October 5, and will reach Sydney about October 23, w'liero tbe cargo for Now Zealand consignees will bo transhipped to tin* various parts of the Dominion. Soma trouble has been experienced in tracing all the parties in New Zealand, interested in the Wisemar's cargo, Cortain consignees in Now Zealand wlio have goods aboard the Wisinar, for which bills of lading, invoices, and insuraneo documents liavn not been received, should communicate promptly with Mr. J. T. Martin, care Wright, Stephenson, and Co., Christchurch, who is representing tho Now Zealand consignees. In May last tho Now Zealand Government inserted a notico in the Gazette permitting consignees, to deal with tho Wismar's cargo in tho same mannor as importations from foreign countries, as tho Wismar's , goods wero shipped bpforo the outbreak' of hostilities.
