Statp's' increase, of exports to the same countries, for the same period was 3,149,461 centals. Britain's re-exports of rubber to all destinations, in the same period increased by 113,646 centals, and those to 'the. United States increased .by 170,184, centals. ' ' ' ' Similar examples are lubricating oils, tobacco, cocoa, and other products. _.Tho total volume of the trade of the United States with those countries has increased by 300 per cent. v "
