Sir, —It will interest tho public to hear of tbe progress made by the War Heal Foundation in England. Latest advices from London are that Mr. Stoll has presented land for tho buildings, and the plans for tllio first mansions are completed. The Right Hon. the Prime Minister. Mr. Asquitb, is on tbe committee, as are also. Mr. Stoll, Sir Jesso Boot, and others. Large mansions are to be built in which lodging 3 (from one to four roomB) will bo provided at a minimum rental. They will be cheerful, airy, healthy, with a common kitclicn for those who prefer it; common reading and recreation rooms, wheel chairs, porters, medical' attendance nurses, bathrooms, laundries, hot water, supplies, and chinincy-sweeping included in tho rent, which is estimated at two shillings and one pennv threo farthings per room per week. We may be thankful to have tbe privilege of aiding such a . noble undertaking by using war seals on every letter . and newspaper.
