Wilkinson (formerly Adjutant of tlie Fifth Wellington Regiment), tho. first Now Zealand officer to die in London, was buried at Wandsworth. v Colonel Plugge and teh other New Zealand officers were present. Mr. T. E. Donno represented the Hon. T'hos. Mackenzie. The coffin was carried on a gun-carriage, and the grave was lined with purple flowers.
