MESSAGE TO COLONEL-IN-CHIEF. (Signed) Liverpool, Honorary Colonel Now Zealand Riflo Bri- . gade. ,J His Royal Highness replied 3s follows:— "As Colonol-in-OMef of tbo Rifle Brigade, I warmly appreciate message from New Zealand comrades, and wish them all luck and success.—(Signed) Arthur."
