At tile meeting of the French Club oil Thursday, Captain Barclay gave an interesting lecture on "The Present Condition of Belgium." A. hearty vote of . thanks was accorded Captain Barclay. Mention must be made also of fine, t piano piece played by Miss Rowley, and Madame de Cleuno's singing of tie "Herodiade."
