GREYTOWN HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY
The annual meeting of tlie Greytown Horticultural Society- was hold on Thursday evening. It was decided to hold two shows during the season —a spring show oil November 25 and an autumn show on a dato to be fixed. : The election of officers . resulted as follows Patron, Sir AV. C. Buchanan; president, Mr. J. F. Thompson; vicepresidents, Messrs. P. J. White, J. S. Kent-Johns ton, W. J. Martin, W. H. Diddams, J. M'Master, R. W. Tate, D. P. Loasby, T. M'Cracken, aud Dr Bey; committee, Mosuames Bey, Trotman,' M'Craskau, Balfour, HadfieM, Hawkins, and Miss Wyett, and Messrs HadMd, J. F„ AYallis, Dockery, S. Haigh, G. G. Bouzaid, W. Knapp, W, A. Tate, and W. J. Shauly; treasurer, Mr. W. Knapp; secretary, Mr. A. L. Webster; auditor, Mr. J. S. Kent-John-ston. ,
